Moctar Konate is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of M. Kon Group. His professional background spans investment banking, financial services, tax, enterprise risk management, operations, strategy, and international business development, including experience at Deloitte, J.P. Morgan, and UBS.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Alabama A&M University.
Through M. Kon Group, he is building an integrated international business platform that connects African opportunities with global capital, expertise, technology, markets, and strategic partnerships. His leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, disciplined execution, responsible growth, and the belief that Africa’s long-term development requires strong businesses supported by strong institutions.
